Now you’re ready to sign the paperwork that records you as the new owner of your home. This may consist of state documents, lender documents, and title work. Depending on if you are buying land or not, we may do all of this at our office or we may close at a title company.

Open your driveway
Remove fences and cut trees and brush to make a clear path for your home

They should contact a sales consultant to schedule it 1-10 days out from when you want it completed. Takes 1-2 days to block, level and tie down, weather permitting
Give us enough space to deliver the home onto the property
Customer's responsibility to trim back branches and trees on their property. Otherwise getting scratches or rubbing along the siding or roof is going to happen.
Accounts for truck space and then some for the home to be maneuvered into its position

Note: Homes don't always get delivered on a scheduled day. There are a lot of factors that can cause delays and we need customers to have that expectation that it may take a few days to get it done.
Frustration with expecting a perfect and move-in ready home upon delivery or within a short time frame thereafter. This isn't Amazon Prime. We are delivering a house! These homes come with stress cracks from being moved 60 MPH down the road and many miles.
Even though you aren't building a site-built home, this is still like a "construction zone"

It takes time for the home to settle. We usually recommend 60-90 days to allow for settling of the dirt and then submitting requests at that time.
